Because we understand the importance of early socialization and development, all of our puppies are lovingly whelped and raised in our home. This allows us to provide daily human interactions, exposure to various household noises, and plenty of socialization.
We implement the ENS (early neurological stimulation) and ESI (early scent introduction) programs from days 3-16 to start our puppies with a strong foundation to become confident, well-rounded companions. The ENS program was developed by the US Military as part of their "super puppy" program and has been known to give puppies improved cardiovascular performance, stronger heart beats, stronger adrenal glands, greater resistance to disease, and a higher tolerance to stress. The ESI program improves nose awareness and confidence.

After ENS and ESI, we continue with 10 daily handling exercises that will positively condition them to human touch. As we slowly increase pressure each week, this prepares our puppies to be calm and compliant for vets, groomers, children, and anyone they interact with. At this time, we also start exposing our puppies to different sights, sounds, people, dogs, locations, and more. We build up our puppies' confidence and nerve strength as we empower our puppies to overcome physical and mental challenges. We believe that all these practices give our puppies an enriching start to become confident, well-rounded family members.
