Adoption Process

STEP 1 - fill out our puppy Questionnaire

Our mission is to provide you with a happy and healthy puppy that is a perfect fit for your family and your situation. Our questionnaire lets us know what you are looking for in your puppy, and it helps us to get to know you better. Click HERE to fill out our questionnaire. Once you submit the questionnaire, we will contact you via text or email within 24 hours.

STEP 2 - chat with us and pay the waitlist fee

Olivia will schedule a phone call to answer any questions that you have and to discuss your timing, gender, and color preferences. Once you decide which upcoming litter you would like to get a puppy from, we require you to sign our Waitlist Fee Agreement and pay a fee of $300 to reserve your spot on the waitlist. This waitlist fee does go towards the total purchase price of $3,000. It is nonrefundable but can be transferred to a future litter. This can be paid via Venmo or Zelle.

STEP 3 - Select your puppy

Once the breeding takes place, we will send out an email to let you what the expected timeline of the litter is. Once the litter is born, we will send another email with information about the genders, markings, puppy selection timeline, and go-home date. When puppy selections begin around 6 weeks of age, we will start contacting applicants one at a time from the top of the list to start making puppy reservations. Once you have been contacted, you will have 24 hours to reserve a puppy or choose to be moved to the waitlist for a later litter. During selections, we are happy to schedule a video call to answer any questions and to help you get to know the puppies better.

STEP 4 - Get puppy updates and PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE

Follow us on Instagram @pineview_porties_north to get frequent updates on the puppies and how they are being raised. We will also post updates to the Available Puppies page. During the puppy selection process, we will discuss final payment and travel plans. We have two options to pay the remaining balance: Zelle or cash. If choosing to pay with Zelle, the remaining balance must be paid by the time the puppies turn 7 weeks old. If choosing to pay with cash, the remaining balance must be paid in person on go-home day.

STEP 5 - PICK UP YOUR PUPPY!

Come and pick up your new family member and start giving them the amazing life that they deserve! We have three options when picking up your puppy. They are listed in order of preference and price.

You can come pick up your puppy from our home in Spanish Fork, Utah. This is our preferred method of pickup so we can meet you in person and show you where and how your puppy was raised.
We can meet you at the SLC International Airport and deliver your puppy to you. You can then fly home with your puppy as a carry-on in the cabin.
Our flight nanny can hand deliver your puppy to your desired U.S. airport starting at $500 (usually more than this depending on location and time of year). Our flight nanny takes your puppy on the plane as a carry-on and cares for him/her the entire time.
